Planning

The advantages of planning are twofold. Planning allows you to prepare for the future. Planning also includes thinking ahead about the changes your company needs to make to continue growing. In addition massive unexpected growth can leave entrepreneurs scrambling for time and stuff.

Decision-making

Entrepreneurs who put things off can miss opportunities, waste time and money. A good entrepreneur should:
-         Look carefully at the advantages and disadvantages, weighing the short and long-term risks.
-         Consider a broad range of ideas from different sources.
-         Survey the market and talk to costumers.

Leaderships

It is the ability to lead others. Leader should inspire others to follow their example. A good leader do not need to know everything but they have to know what they want and who they themselves are.
-         Things go wrong – strong leaders take full responsibility
-         Things go well – attribute success to the efforts of their team.

Communication

Entrepreneurs have to be able to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, bank investors and employees. They have to have good skills in writing, reading, speaking, listening, viewing and representing.
