Diatomic elements

Some of the elements are diatomic, which means they exist naturally as 2 atoms of the same element bonded together.

These elements include:

-         Hydrogen gas H₂

-         Nitrogen gas N₂

-         Fluorine gas F₂

-         Oxide gas O₂

-         Chloride gas Cl₂

-         Bromide gas Br₂

-         Iodide gas I₂
