11 years ago, the 31 of October, a policeman who lives in a small village, Segante, was disappeared with his fast and small dog. Since that anybody knowns anything about they.

Two months ago, an other policeman traveled to Segante. He stayed in a hotel. The second day, when he was having breakfast, he started a conversation with the owner. They talked a long time. At twelve o'clock, more or less, the owner told the history about the policeman and his dog. Also the owner said: since, that day, my dog always sleeps out the house. I don't known why, but he sleeps away every night although it is raining, snowing...

The policeman was very interested in the story. He happened there a week more. The last night, he was talking with the owner, when he saw a long and dangerous snake. All the person shouted very high. The policeman toke his gun and shot, but he failed the shot. The snake was very fast too, and it run upstairs. The owner and the policeman run behind it. The snake got into the garret. The policeman open the door and he was very surprised: he saw the other policeman dead and the long, dangerous and fast snake. He pointed with the gun and shot. This time he didn't fail and he killed the snake. They thought the snake killed the other policeman, but they didn't sure.

That night the owner's dog slept in the house. The policeman's ghost was disappeared.
