Bill of Rights - Canadian


It is not part of the Canadian Constitution, so it does not apply to provincial laws. 
The bill outlined the following rights:
-         Freedom of religion
-         Freedom of press
-         Freedom of speech
-         Freedom of assembly and association
-         Equality before the law
-         Life, liberty, security of the person, and enjoyment of property
